Pilot Information

Terry spent 20 years in the US Air Force, including 8 years on the faculty of the USAF Academy (assistant professor and deputy head, Department of English).

He was also employed for 20 years with Hewitt Associates, a global management consulting firm specializing in the design, implementation, and administration of HR policies and practices (communication consultant and National Manager for Client Training Services).

Terry’s specialties include Learning and development in all areas of human resources, including health care, retirement (pensions, savings, and investments), compensation (base and incentive), and performance management (planning, coaching, evaluation).
