Pilot Information

Mary Lou Peeler was a stewardess for Continental Airlines, where she happened to meet a handsome passenger Louis R Hausmann, who would soon become her husband. Lou and Mary Lou were married on October 5, 1956, in Chandler, Arizona where Lou was in flight training in the United States Air Force. They spent the first four years of marriage in Bitburg, Germany.

After serving their country, Lou and Mary Lou settled in his hometown of Brawley, California, joining the family farming business and starting their own family.
