Ron Hutchinson’s “three great loves were his family, his friends, and flying fighter jets. He was a fighter pilot’s fighter pilot. He founded and led a fraternity of fighter pilots known as CBSA. After a stellar career as an Air Force fighter pilot, he began a career in real estate. He started his own real estate business, served as the president of the Shreveport Bossier Board of Realtors, and then eventually became a real estate educator.” (1)

Bossier City, LA – Ron Hutchison was born in Aurora, Illinois on Nov 28, 1932. He flew into heaven on January 5, 2012.

His three great loves were his family, his friends, and flying fighter jets. He was a fighter pilot’s fighter pilot. He founded and led a fraternity of fighter pilots known as CBSA. After a stellar career as an Air Force fighter pilot, he began a career in real estate. He started his own real estate business, served as the president of the Shreveport Bossier Board of Realtors, and then eventually became a real estate educator.

He also led and loved a large family. He is survived by: his wife, Dee; his children: Mark (Wendy), Gary (Tracie), Rhonda (Sherry), and Matt (Kelly); his grandchildren: Luke (Britney), Chase, Chelsy, Chandler, Chad, Hayden, Mattie, Palmer, and Wendy; his great grandchildren: Brody and Jake. He is preceded in heaven by his grandson, Trey. He taught so many how to live, how to love, and how to laugh. We will miss him greatly.

The memorial service for Ron Hutchison will be at First Baptist Bossier, Faith Chapel, on Monday, Jan 9, 2012 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Northwest LA War Veteran’s Home, where he received excellent care.
