Albert “Ben” Leatherwood, Capt USAF, “Headed West” on February 3, 2019.

Ben passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019, at his home in Sunnyvale, CA, with his wife and family by his side.

After serving in the USAF, Benny flew for Pan American Airlines and was based in SFO, NY, Sidney, and lastly LA.

Benny was married to the love of his life, Glenda “Janice” Leatherwood for 59 years. He was a member of the Super Sabre Society and the Clipper Pioneers.
