Miller, Lt Col Thomas D. of Lewisville, TX passed away September 7, 2007 at his home. Born on October 8, 1931 in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of James D. and Gwendolyn Miller.

Tom’s three greatest loves were flying, fishing, and family.

He proudly served 23 years in the USAF as a distinguished fighter pilot, accruing hours in over eleven types of planes, earning numerous awards, accommodations, and recognitions.

Frequently visiting the Lewisville Fishing Barge, it was his second home.

He is survived by his wife, Blanche; sons, David and wife, Edna, Bill and wife, Mary, Tommy and wife, Janie; daughter, Trudy; grandchildren, Crystal, Erinn, Hannah, Alex, Noah, and Megan; great granddaughter, Alana; brother, Jim and wife, Cindy and family.

A graveside service [was] held Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at the Dallas-Ft.
