Steve Young flew the F-100 from 6/1969-9/1970. with a combat tour to Tuy Hoa AB, Vietnam where he flew94 combat missions.

He is married to his wife Anne (Miller) and they have 3 Children; 13 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren. They reside in Trafalgar, IN.
