We honor U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran and fighter pilot, retired Maj. Gary L. Retterbush.
Retterbush passed away on July 25, 2022. Two silver stars, numerous U.S Air Force Air Medals, and a Distinguished Flying Cross are some of the awards he received for his service in the Armed Forces.
A missing-man formation was performed in tribute to Retterbush during his funeral, which took place August 4, 2022 at Eisenschmitt Cemetery, Eisenschmitt.

Thank you for your service and may you rest in peace Maj. Retterbush.
