Biography
Pilot Information

After serving in the USAF, Wayne Schell started in 1970 as Project Engineer/Project Manager of Offshore Drilling; for Reading and Bates now Transocean; Houston and London.

In 1978 he became Marketing Manager; Operations Manager for Dresser Industries now Halliburton in Houston, Texas.

From 1985-2015  he was COO and CEO of HSS, Inc and in 2016 became Co-Founder and Partner of MOST Programming,
