Richard Conrad Campbell (Dick) was born on October 23, 1934 and “Headed West” on April, 14, 2021.

After leaving the Air Force, he flew for American Airlines for 28 years and retired as a full Captain qualified in the Boeing 757,767, and 747. He leaves behind a son and a daughter.
