Marion “Skip” Webb, was a Flight Commander with the 4517th Combat Crew Training Squadron, “TOPHATS” in the mid-1960s at Luke AFB, AZ. He also flew in Vietnam.

Marion “Skip” Webb, Jr. was born December 19, 1927 in Wewoka , OK. and went home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2012. Skip retired from the United States Air Force as a fighter pilot and was an active member of Houston First Baptist Church .
He is survived by wife, Peggy J. Webb; children, James Webb and wife Karen, Cynthia Ruiz and husband Ed, David Webb and wife Angie, step-son, Blake Merrow and wife Kristina, mother-in-law, Ethel Humphries; brothers, Jack Webb and wife Vaughn and George Mulvaney; 8 grandchildren; numerous other relatives and many friends.
The family will receive friends 10:30 am., Friday, March 23, 2012 at Houston First Baptist Church, 7401 Katy Fwy, Houston , TX 77024, with an 11:30 am. funeral service. Graveside service will be held 2:30 pm. Friday at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, TX.
