18 December 1968 – 1Lt Harry W Roberts was forced to eject from F-100C #541931 after encountering small arms fire while en route to his target in Southeast Asia. Roberts was rescued by an Army helo. Roberts was serving with the 136th TFS out of Tuy Hoa AB in Vietnam.
