Hi Everyone, I’ll be sending a weekly update on the status of the bios. This post will give you a list of the bios I’ll be working on for that week and times you can call if you prefer to have your bio recorded then transcribed. Thank you to all for giving me the opportunity to tell your stories. Each time I hear a new account of your time in the F-100 I end up laughing, crying or wondering how you made it out alive.
You’ll be happy to know that the Super Sabre Society site was visited this week by a 9-year-old homeschooled boy who was writing a report on airplanes. He was entranced by the stories. This is exactly why they need to be told. I’ll bet no one else will have a report like his!
For the remainder of this week, I will be working on the following bios: Jim Martin, Mark Berent and Pete Carpenter. On May 9, 10, and 12, I will be working on transcribing the interviews from the Reunion, and/or working on Chick Cleveland, Dick Rutan, George Buchkowski and Gary Tompkins.
