Air Commodore Derek “Limey” Hine “Headed West” on Sunday 16th December 2018, at the age of 83. In the early 1960’s Derek was an RAF Exchange Fighter Pilot, who flew the F-100 with the 514th Combat Crew Training Squadron at Luke AFB, AZ.
Derek “was a dedicated fly fisherman, a great husband, and dad. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services were held at The Parish Church of St Andrew, Cherry Hinton, Cambridge, followed by interment in Teversham churchyard.” (1)
