A memorial service will be held February 22, 2019, at 11:30 am, at Funeraria del Angel — Martin East Funeral Home, 1460 George Dieter Drive, El Paso, TX 79936. An interment service is immediately following at 1 pm, at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, El Paso, TX.
